Why Swivel?
Because truth rarely sits still.
Because ideas like to turn.
Because change often begins with a small swivel — usually inside us.

A SwivelBook is a small, corner-hinged book made for reflection, scribbling, conversation, and sharing.
It isn’t designed to be read straight through.
It’s designed to be turned, returned to, and lived with.

Each SwivelBook holds a collection of short pieces: thoughts, poems, micro-stories, observations, and gentle provocations. On the back of every page is space for your own voice — notes, memories, replies, or questions that arrive unexpectedly. The pages themselves rotate and pivot, quietly interrupting linear thinking and inviting reflection from new angles.

SwivelBooks come in boxed collections, intended to be gifted, shared, and explored together. They feel handmade and personal — more like something you keep close than something you consume and move on from.

SwivelBooks explore a wide range of human (and more-than-human) experiences. Some lean into humour and human oddity — absurd truths, delightful observations, and characters like Mr H and life in toilets. Others move through lived wisdom and resilience, touching on loss, healing, recovery, and turning points.
There are books that speak in quieter tones, offering slow awakening and gentle remembering without sermons. Some are shaped by children’s voices or animal perspectives, while others reflect on purpose, identity, meaning, and legacy.
Many simply ask questions — the kind that nibble at the edges of certainty.

A SwivelBook doesn’t tell you what to think.
It keeps you company while you think.

Not everything that is true
arrives as fact.

Some truths arrive as a story.

Some arrive sideways.

Some need a Swivel.
